GENERAL

  • What kinds of services do you offer? Our services vary from personalized stationery and invitations, to corporate branding and logo design, to general printing. We’re a full-service stationery boutique and offer everything from the design to the printing and assembly, add-ons such as wax seals, and envelope addressing.

  • Can you print my design? Yes. We love to design for you, but if you’re gifted in designing, we would love to compliment that with our outstanding printing.

  • What printing methods do you offer? We offer all the special printing techniques; Letterpress, foil stamping, embossing, engraving, laser cutting, as well as digital printing

  • Can you assemble my invitations for me? Absolutely! This is what we do for most of our clients. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so you have less to worry about in your event planning.

  • Will you address my invitations for me? Yes! We believe handwritten calligraphy goes hand-in-hand with the quality of the invitation.

  • What is your return policy? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the custom nature of our work. Everything is made to order. That’s why we invest so much time making sure that everything is designed exactly as you wish in the creative process.

  • What types of payment do you accept? We accept most major credit cards as well as bank transfers.

  • What information do I need to provide to request a quote? We need to know the number of invitations you need and any other details you have of your event that will help us narrow down the ideal style of your invitation.

  • How soon will you respond when I need changes made? We try to respond within four business days and in many cases we respond immediately.


PLACING ORDERS

  • How do I place an order? After approving our quote, a non-refundable deposit will be required to place the order. You can contact us through direct message on Instagram or through email at design@anaschubert.com.

  • How long does it take before my order is shipped? Depending on the complexity of the design, it can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. As soon as you make your deposit you will receive a timeline which will include the times for the design, production, and shipping.

  • How does the payment process work? If contacted well in advance, only 30% is initially required to save a spot in my calendar. Another 30% is required to begin design process. The other 40% is due a week before shipping.

  • Can I order an invitation proof? All of our proofs are digital, not physical. Because of the high-cost of plate-making and set-up for specialty printing, we cannot offer a hard-copy. Rest assured that your invitations will turn out substantially better than what you see digitally.

  • Can I request samples before I place my order? If you would like to request samples before you place an order, you will be charged $18 plus any shipping costs for a set of samples to see the printing techniques and quality of the materials you choose. Once you sign and make your deposit with us, you will be refunded this sample fee.

  • Can I make any changes to my order after approving my design? No. Your approval is our green-light to begin production. Any changes will incur additional costs.

  • Do you make invitations in other languages? Yes. We will work closely with you to provide for your language needs.


PRODUCTS & PROCESS

  • How long does the design process take? As soon as you make your first deposit with us, you will receive a timeline which will include the times for the design, production, and shipping. We are willing to accommodate to an expedited process for an additional cost.

  • What does the design process look like? The design process is very personal. We work very closely with you to ensure your vision comes to life. Our brides share every detail of their wedding planning with us. It’s our job to design your invitation to perfectly set the tone of your event.

  • What kinds of materials do you offer for personalized invitations and stationary? Paper is our go-to. For a truly custom piece, we love sourcing unique materials from around the world. Our extensive paper library includes over 500 different types of paper with a variety of textures, colors, and weights.

  • Can you match any PMS color? Yes, we can with letterpress and digital printing. We house over 100 PMS colors. Any custom colors not in stock with incur an additional $50 charge.


SHIPPING

  • Where do you ship? We ship internationally.

  • What are your shipping options and what is the cost? Shipping varies depending on the packages final size and shape. Once your order is finished an packed, we will provide you with an accurate shipping cost.

  • Will you mail my invitations for me? Yes, for a mailing service fee. Once your order is finished and packed, we will provide you with an accurate shipping cost.
